Return Policy

Damaged items:
*Must be reported within 72 hours from date of delivery. This will be verfied against Delivery Confirmation Number which is on every order shipped by RetroPop.
*Please Fill-out RMA Form at bottom of this page
*Damage will need to be proven either by Photo Emailed to us or item returned to us.
*Full Refund will be provided including Shipping Cost!
*After 72 hours from Delivery Date no Refund or Exchange will be given.
Changed Mind:

Members of Pop Society, Collecting Kingdom Club, or OZ Collector's Society will receive Refund including Shipping Charges.

Orders are carefully inspected for quality & proper packaging before shipment. If for any reason you are not delighted with the order you receive, you are welcome to return unused/unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or replacement. Since OZ Bazaar deals with popular culture collectibles, some merchandise may sell out. If so, we may not be able to send a replacement and will give you a refund instead.

Please make sure to inspect your items upon receiving your order. If an item is found damaged from shipping we must be notified within 72 hours from Delivery Date. After such date no refund or exchange will be accepted due to damage.

If you have products to return, you must notify OZ Bazaar to obtain a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Returns cannot be processed without a valid RMA Number.

Products must be returned in their entirety in the original condition and packaging (items sent to you in mint condition must be returned in mint condition), in salable condition, without missing parts, and with the invoice (either original or a copy).
